This Privacy Policy explains how Somani Agro Impex, trading as Just Nuts ("Just Nuts", "we", "us", "our"), collects, uses, shares and protects your personal data when you visit justnuts.co (the "Website"), place an order, contact us or visit one of our outlets. By using the Website, you agree to the practices described here.

2. Personal data we collect

Information you give us

  • Account and order details: name, email address, phone number, delivery and billing address, order history, and any gift message you add.
  • Communications: messages you send us by email, phone, WhatsApp or a contact form, including photos you share for damaged-product claims.
  • Newsletter: your email address, if you subscribe to our updates.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and browser information, IP address, approximate location, pages viewed, and referring website.
  • Cookies and similar technologies (see section 7).

Payment information

Payments are processed by our payment partners ([[PAYMENT GATEWAYS, e.g. Shopify Payments, Razorpay, PayU, UPI apps]]). We do not receive or store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net-banking credentials. We receive only confirmation of payment status and limited details such as the last four digits of a card.

3. Why we use your data

  • To process and deliver your orders, send order updates and handle returns, refunds and customer support.
  • To operate, secure and improve the Website and our products.
  • To send you marketing emails or messages only if you have opted in. You can opt out at any time.
  • To prevent fraud and misuse, and to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We process your data on the basis of your consent, to perform our contract with you, and for legitimate uses permitted by applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, and only as needed:

  • Shopify, which hosts our store and processes orders.
  • Payment partners ([[PAYMENT GATEWAYS]]).
  • Courier and logistics partners ([[COURIER PARTNERS]]), who receive your name, address and phone number to deliver your order.

5. How long we keep your data

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep your bag and login working, remember preferences, understand how the Website is used, and (where enabled) measure advertising. You can control or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may stop parts of the Website, such as the shopping bag, from working properly.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No online system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please keep your account details confidential.

9. Children

The Website is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.
