Quinoa Seeds

Quinoa is a gluten-free seed that cooks like a grain: light, fluffy and mildly nutty. Choose White for the mildest, softest result, Red for a firmer, nuttier bite that holds its shape in salads, Black for an earthier, slightly crunchier texture, or Tri-Colour for a mix of all three.

Rinse well, then simmer in twice its volume of water for about 15 minutes. Use it in place of rice in pulao, khichdi and upma, or serve it in salads and breakfast bowls.
